James Caldwell Construction Company was founded in 1978 by David Caldwell’s father.  David worked with his father in the business until 1993, when David bought the business.  The Caldwell mission has always been to provide quality construction in an ethical and professional manner.  We are a full service builder that employees carpenters, painters and equipment operators.  We use a few sub-contractors with whom we have long-term relationships.

Our sister company is Carolina Heating & Air is available for your heating and cooling needs. Our long-term relationships with our clients is a great source of pride for us.
